Orders and Shipping
When adding your product to your basket you will see an estimated delivery date, this is the date we aim to get your item delivered to you by. All our fast deliveries will be delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.
We ship directly from the UK or from our warehouse in China depending on stock supplies. If we have the product you want in stock in the UK then we will post it out for 2 – 3 day delivery otherwise it will come from our China warehouse, each product will have a “Expected UK delivery” date so you know when to expect your item.
You can create an account by going into the my account section or when you are placing your first order you can also create an account.
You can change your shipping address in your my account section or the next time you place an order you can change it on the checkout page. If you have already placed an order and would like to change your delivery address please contact us ASAP on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do this if your orde has not been dispatched.
If you have a tracked service you will be emailed with your tracking code and details on how to track your order.
This depends on your requirements, as default we do not keep any payment details on record but if you like to make your checkouts easier you can save your card for easier checkouts next time.
All our items are VAT exempt for the time being but all this can change without notice.
When you go to checkout, please select the country of delivery, if your country is not on the list, unfortuently we are not delivering to that destination for the time being.
If you place multiple orders or items we may pack them all in one box or we may send them to you separately.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept full returns on none-sanitary items and un-used items within 30 days of delivery. We take pride in all our items so if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us and we will put it right (email@example.com)
On very rare occasions we may ship out the wrong item to you, please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put it right.
On rare occasions your items may become damaged in transit which is out of our control, please contact us and we will put it right (email@example.com)

Please contact us ASAP on firstname.lastname@example.org and if we have not shipped out your order we will change this before your item is dispatched.
If your order / items have not been processed and shipped out to you we will be able to cancel your order, please contact us on email@example.com
On some of our item we will allow for backorders on items we are expecting back in stock and once they arrive we will get them shipped out to you.
