Frequently asked Questions
When adding your product to your basket you will see an estimated delivery date, this is the date we aim to get your item delivered to you by. All our fast and free deliveries will be delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.
We ship directly from the UK or from our warehouse in China depending on stock supplies. If we have the product you want in stock in the UK then we will post it out for 2 – 3 day delivery otherwise it will come from our China warehouse, each product will have a “Expected UK delivery” date so you know when to expect your item.
We accept full returns on none-sanitary items and un-used items within 30 days of delivery. We take pride in all our items so if you are not 100% satisfied please contact us and we will put it right (firstname.lastname@example.org)
You can change your shipping address in your my account section or the next time you place an order you can change it on the checkout page. If you have already placed an order and would like to change your delivery address please contact us ASAP on email@example.com and we will do this if your orde has not been dispatched.
If you have a tracked service you will be emailed with your tracking code and details on how to track your order.

When you go to checkout, please select the country of delivery, if your country is not on the list, unfortuently we are not delivering to that destination for the time being.
If you place multiple orders or items we may pack them all in one box.

Our working hours
Well, we are always working, but we can only reply to emails and call back requests during our official working hours.
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
