Frequently asked Questions
We use Royal Mail postal services for all our orders. We try and ship all orders placed before 12pm on the same working day. Orders are usually delivered with in 2-3 working days depending on how busy the postal service is at the time.
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries to arrive, after this time please get in touch and our team will resolve this issue for you straightaway. For International orders timescales may differ depending on your countries import and customs. If your international orders have not been received after 14 working days please get in touch.
If you are not happy with your order or you have changed your mind please get in touch on the form to the right with your order number and we will arrange a return.
Once you receive your approval for your return, please make sure you send it back with a tracking number. We will not be able to provide a refund if your item is not received and you cannot provide us with a tracking number.
We try and prevent our products from going out of stock. But sometimes this is out of our control, we will try and get our products back in stock under 30 days, unless we have decided to discontinue that product.
Browse our online store and find products that you love. Then add the ones you wish to buy into your basket. Once all the items you want to purchase are in your basket proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your details and payment. After your purchase you will be able to see all your order details from you My Account section.
