We try and deliver items with in 4-8 working days after they are placed. During festive or holiday seasons depending on the postal services there may be further delay to deliveries.
Contact Support TeamThe majority of our items are stored in our UK warehouses. We also store items in our European and vary rarely Chinese warehouses. We ship most of our items directly from our UK warehouses using Evri or Yodal couriers.
We use multiple suppliers such as VidaXL, Costaway, Something Different, Aosom and many more, our items can be manufactured anywhere from China, Europe to the UK.
You can change your shipping address in your My Account section or the next time you place an order you can change it on the checkout page.

If you place multiple orders or items we may pack them all in one box or we may send them to you separately, this will depend on the estimated delivery date.
