We are confident you will love your purchase, but if not, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you have simply changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once you have let us know, you will have another 14 days to return the item. We ask that items are returned in their original packaging and in brand new condition, as we would not accept none resellable items.
If your item arrive faulty or damaged, you are fully covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 30 days from delivery to reject the goods for a full refund, or we can arrange a repair or replacement where preferred.
To make things easy, we can arrange a convenient collection from your address. Refunds are processed promptly upon safe return of the item.
In some cases, we may, as a gesture of goodwill, offer a partial refund without return, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning items is easy, and while there may be some return postage costs, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! The cost depends on factors like the size of your item and your location, but we might even waive this fee in certain situations. For instance, if your item arrived damaged, is faulty, or you received the wrong item, we’ll take care of it without any extra charges. Your satisfaction is our priority!
